UNDERGROUND RAILWAY SUGGESTED. (Received Last Night, 8.45 o'clock.) SYDNEY, February 8. The Committee appointed by the Minister of Works to inquire into the question of utilising trackless trollies and motor omnibuses for relieving the congested tram traffic in Sydney, reports that the only way to comprehensively relieve the traffic is by the construction of a city, underground railway, with tramways opening up the traffic routes.- The Committee favours the trackless trollies and motor omnibuses for streets outside the city.
