" —» FEUDS AND CANNIBALISM. Received This Morning, 12.55 o'clock. SYDNEY, February 8. Reports from the Admiralty Is-. lands show that tribal feuds and cannibalism are rampant. The mountain tribes make frequent attacks upon the coastal villages. Numbers have been killed and eaten. The German Government has adopted punitive measures to prevent the recurrences of the outrages.
