ATTITUDE OF SOUTH AFRICA. . (Received, Last Night, 11.23 o'clock.) " CAPETOWN, February 8. General Botha, -in the Assembly, announced that the Government would consider what course of action to take in regard to the Declaration of London after the Imperial Conference.
