ARCHIVES DESTROYED. (Received February 8, 12.30 p.m.) CONSTANTINOPLE, Feb. g* In connection with the fire at the Sublime Porte, the archives of home affairs for many years were burned. This is seriously hampering administration. Incendiarism is suspected. Sixty arrests have been made. The water supply had previously been severed owing to a dispute with the water company.
