COMMONWEALTH CADETS.
(Received Last Night, 10,40 o'clock.) MELBOURNE, February 8. It is estimated that the total registration; in Victoria in connection with the compulsory training of youths is 38,000. Military authorities compute that eventually over 150,000 will be brought under training in the Commonwealth as'senior cadets.
