FESTIVAL OF EMPIRE.

LONDON, February 6. A series of carnivals are being arranged in conjunction with the Festival of Empire. The City of London has voted £2OO for a symbolical car. Other cities are contributing cars, and it is proposed that there shall be a car for each of overseas Dominions.
