'..-Messrs Dalgety and Co., Ltd., re--1 port having held their weekly stock sale in their Mangahao Road yards, wnen they offered a good yarding of sheep and a small yarding of cattle. We are a,ble to report a total clearance with the exception of one line of lambs, but owing to the continued dry weather prices were no better' : .Pan at last sale. Wo quote:—2tooth wetbefs, lis 6d, lis 9d to 12s Id; 2-tooth ewes,. 13s 3d to 14s; .'•;.' cull-lambs, 3s 6d, 4s M to 4s 9d; / .better sorts, shorn, 6s 7d to 7s. ; Store cows, £3, £3 5s to £3. Bsj " ' springing cows, £4 15s to £6; cows in milk, to £6. We are holding Our wearier calf sale on Monday, tbe 16th Inst (February), when we will offer a large entry of good heifer and steer calves.
