The second day's racing in connection with the Takapuiia J.C. summer meeting took place this afternoon. Results:—
Moana Handicap, seven furlongs. —Master Jack 8.3, 1; Lloyd's 7.13, 2; Tipua 7.13, 3. All started. Won by half a length. Suburban Handicap, five furlongs and a half.— Captain • Soult 6.9, 1; Lady Frances 7.7, 2; Aristos 6.10, 3. Also started— Hohungatahi, Lothair, and Fr#pmnntlo. Won by I half a length. Maiden. Hurdles, one mile and a half.— Master William 9.6, 1; Seldom 9.9, 2; Sabine 9.4, 3.. Also started— Royal Day, Kaiwaka, Bonnie Jean, Wairuhe, Arcadia, Powerful. Won .by three-parts vf a length. ■ Takapuna J.C. Handicap, of 200 sovs., one mile and a quarter.—Domino 8.7, 1; Wiiiotahi 6.12, 2; Tanekaha 8.2, 3. Also started— Uranium, Tattoo, and Flying Soult. Won by half a length. ' Second Pony Handicap, 4 furlongs —Red Lupin 10.4, 1; Mighty Atom 9.1, 2; Peggy Pryde 9.7, 3. Also started— Caldemoii 6.12. Won by half a length. Hobson Handicap, 5-J furlongs.— Tranquil 8.2, 1; Gold-size 6.11,, 2; . Condamine 8.0, 3. Also startedMaster Dix 6.12. Won by a length.
