FEILDING SHOW.
The catalogue of entries for the forthcoming show at Feilding lias been, compiled. A perusal of the entries shows that last year's record figures have been exceeded by a good margin. This is a highly satisfactory result when it is taken into consideration that Dannevirke has a similar event on the same day that will attract a lot of entries that would otherwise have been sent to Feilding. It is pleasing to note that there has been shown a very substantial increase in the number of dairy and fat cattle entries. Sheep show a strong entry and more space will be needed for their accommodation. The . classes open for pigs are well filled, and the domestic "section has drawn record entries in every department. In one or two classes horns show a. slight falling off in comparison with last year, but the aggregate' is * well above the average. Nominations for the competitions and ring events are "particular!} good, and go to prove the. popularity of this form of rivalry amongst owners, who will meet on the convincing grounds on Tuesday and "Wednesday, 7th and Bth February .
