RECIPROCITY
UNITED STATES AND CANADA. AN AGREEMENT BEACHED. (Received Last Night, 5.10 o'clock.) NEW YORK, January 21. The Reciprocity Conference between Canada and the United States concludes at Washington to-day. The Press announces that an agreement has been reached, and there will be a substantial reduction in duties on several of the natural and manufactured products of both countries. It ; is understood ithattcCanada lowers the expor,t duties on wood-pulp, and the United States is to admit Canada's farm products. The rumoured* withdrawal, of wheat duties is nqt believed by Canadian millers and wheat-growers.
