DISSATISFIED WORKERS. DESTROY CHAMPAGNE. (Received This Morning, 1 o'clock.) LONDON, January 19. ' The Morning Post's Paris correspondent states that the vine dressers and women-kind, dissatisfied over the scarcity of work, due to champagne districts, smashed a dray-load of 2250 bottbs and threw them into the river Marne. The damage is estimated at £4OOO.
