MR HOGG'S ADDRESS.
The address to bo delivered in the Masterton Town Hall on Wednesday evening, nest by Mr A. W. Hogg, M.P., will be awaited with some interest. The position occupied by the member for Masterton at the present time is singularly unique. He was returned as a supporter of the present Government, and was subsecalled to. the Ministry. He resigned! from the Cabinet because his; views did not harmonise with those of his colleagues. He has since | plainly stated that the country, is ripe for a change. Manifestly Mr J Hogg can no" longer■'." support the;; Ward Government. He- has no sympathy with the Opposition, and hei ; recently told a Wellington reporter I that he hadi not declared in favour pbf thelmbo'iir: Party. It iz '.ue to%He electors that Mr Hftgg'should inform his l constituents on" Wednesday just where- He does stand.
