Sirs T. W.Fisher, (wife of- Mr Fisher, Undersecretary for' Native Affairs, of Wellington), Miss Fisher and,Mies But- ■ ler (Mrg- Homior's sister), 'i'he' ac- • count of an eye-witness states that j an explosion oecutrt-:d as though a'j tyre had Buret,- and the tyre skidded. The back wheel collapsed, and the car capsized. Mrs Fisher sustained 1 a fracture of the base of' the skull, and Mr Honnor 'was also seriously hurt. Both were rendered unconscious. Miss- Fislier and the boy were unhurt', audi Miss Butler only slightly injured; At' eleven l o'clock there was no change in the'condition of the two patient's.-
