(Received Last Night, 8.45 o'clock.) SYDNEY, January 12. A stroug south-easterly gale, with heavy rain, has been raging since last uight. THE STORM CONTINUES. PHENOMENAL RAINFALL. TELEGRAPH COMMUNICATION INTERRUPTED. (Received Last Night, 11.15 o'clock.) SYDNEY, Janaury 12. The storm, Continues, and shipping is sheltering; Incessant' heavy rain has , fallen since last night, and is continuing. Six inches had fallen in Sydney up to three o'clock this afternoon. The fall is general, and extremely heavy in some parts. Telegraph communication is badly interrupted. ,
