DIFFERENCES OF OPINION. HAS SHE FOUNDERED? (Received Last Night, 11.15 o'clock.) LONDON, January 12. The Times states that there is a division of opinion as to whether the liner Parisiana took lire owing to the oil and turpentine aboard her, or whether she has foundered. Optimists believe that she has broken down. Fairly large re-insurances hare been transacted.
