PROMINENT SWIMMERS COMING TO MASTERTON. . ■ i Notwithstanding the good finishes and the large number of swimmers competing, which has always been a 'feature - of the" Waifarapa; Swimming Club's Anniversary,; Day Carnival; this year's gathering promises to eclipse its predecessors. The Wellington contingent promises to be very strong", iarid" with such expert exponents as Freyberjr, Healey and Stranger, excellent finishes and capital races should be the order of the ■day. The carnival will be the first time this, season at >vhich these three men have met in open races, and excitement is intense- in Wellington swimming circles as* to tvlio shall breast the tape first.
