A LIVERPOOL MOVEMENT. They were to bo apprenticed to farming under the supervision of Government inspectors. t This was '' the first time thej iGpvernment had made itself responsible, not merely for sending boj T s out, but for apprenticing them to farms and arranging for their supervision*. -y :
