PALMERSTON DAIRY SCHOOL.

When the Jlon., R. McNab was Minister for Agriculture, a distinct promise was made that a Dairy School, would be provided in the neighbourhood of Palmerston North. Apparently that was a tentative promise. The Minister was rejected at the polls, and Palmerston forsook the Government. The new Minister does not know Palmerston from the proverbial bar of consolidated mutton - fat. And the Dairy School is in the dim and distant future. But, if Palmerston relents, and restores the .McNab to the Ministry—-what then? Palmerston, of 'course,: will get its Dairy School. The moral is obvious.
