A cable published in another, column gives a comparison of. the wool and frozen imported into Great Britain from Australia; and the Argentine. This shows that the South American Kepabli#,. which lias- only entered the frozen meat ti-ade during recent yeai|, has become a formidable rival to the Australasian States. With -the vast expanse of territory it possesses, and its proximity to the markets, the Argentine will have to oe reckoned with in the future.
