The Northern Bowling Association's annual tournament was continued to-day, in perfect weather. .The section play in the full. rink match was completed, and lias resulted in an unusual number of section ties, only four of the twelve sections being won outright. In the A section, .Mcintosh (One-, hunga) won .withseven'wins. B Section.— Trevetlnck (Hutt),; Rankin (Wanganui), Parata (Thorndon), Sneddon (Carlton), tied with five wins and two each. C Section.— Hueston (Victoria) and Pickering (Palmerston, N.) tied with six wins and one loss each. D Section.— Ballinger (Wellington), Ramsay (Newtown), Beatson (Hastings), tied with five wins and two losses each. E Section.- Mason (Pihama) and Paterson (Remuera) tied with six wins and one loss. F Section.— Jackson (Stratford), F. Dingle (Aucioand), tied with five wins and two losses each. • u Section.— Prince (Newtown), Crowley (Greenmeadows), and Eagleton (Epsom) tied with five wins and two losses each. . H Section. Veale (Ponsonbv) won with seven wins. I Section.—- Martin (Rocky Nook) Norwood (Victoria), Pounsford (Gisborne) Bull (Napier), Jackman (Thorndon), W. Pragnell (Masterton), tied with four wins and three losses each. K Section. — Parsons (Ponsonby) won with six wins and one loss. L Section.— Gardiner (Ponsonby), Wylie (Newtown), and Perry (Masfcerton), tied with five wins and two losses. M Section.— Dingwall (Remuera) won with seven wins. The positions of other teams at the end of the section play is as follows: A Section.— Foy (Hawera) five wins and three losses. B Section.— Juockhead (Feilding) i three wins and , four losses. I O Section.— Robertson (Hawera) four wins and three losses, Lawrie ; (Napier) arid , Lusher (Manaia) one I win and five losses, j D Section.— Dudley (Opunake) four wins and three losses, Bentfield (Wanganui) one win and six Joi-„es. E Section.— Masson (Carterton) four wins and three losses, White (Hastings) two wins and five losses, .Williams (Patea), one win and six losses. F Section.— CreSSwell (Masterton) Nash (Palmerston N.) and. Gordon (St. John's) four wins and three losses. G Section. — Sangster (Stratford) four wins and three losses, Stewart (Feilding) three wins and four losses. H Section.— Keesing (Wanganui) four wins and three losses, Webstei (Greytown) two wins and five losses, Witty (Gisborne) no wins and seven losses. J Section.—Lomax (Maitai) three wins and four losses. K Section.— Eure (Gisborne) twe wins and five losses. L Section.— Carman (Eltham) tw( «;ins and five losses, Craig (Gis borne) one win and five-losses. M Section.— Fisher (Carterton' Jx wins and one loss, Greig (Gis borne) four wins and three losses King (Hastings), Clark (Dannevirke two wins and 5 losses, Griggs (Pal merston N.), Benton (Featherston) one win and six losses. The pairs match of 24 section commenced to-day.
