RIVAL DYNASTIES. CLAIM OF MIGUELISTS. (Received Last Night, 5.5 o'clock.) VIENNA, January 8. Don Miguel (the Portuguese Pretender), who for years pressed his claim against that of the deposed 'Braganza dynasty, speaking at Vienna, declared that if Portugal desired to return to Monarchism, she would be.obliged to fall back on the Miguelist dynasty. If the country called him he would accept the vacant throne, but - he would not force himself upon the country.
