'*'- Corporations Act Amendment Act, * • passed last session. Mr Henry Bunning, aged 61,' for-, merly employed by the Christchurch. City Council, died in the hospital' late last night. The circumstances ' attending his admission to the institution are somewhat painful. Bunning, who' occupied a small cottage \ in a lane off Madras Street, was on the 4th inst. found lying in his yard, apparently very ill, hy tow neighbours.
