MOUNT LYELL MINE.
FOUR-WEEKLY RETURN,; ; (Received January 6, 9.20 a.m.) MELBOURNE,,. January 6. The Mount Lyell return for tlie period from Ist to 28th December (inclusive) shows that 27,022 tons of ore was .treated, also twenty-five tons of purchased ore, and that the converters produced 627 tons of blister copper containing: Copper, 609 tons; silver, 44,830 ounces; and gold, 878 ounces.
