NEW GUINEA.
TRADING STATIONS ATTACKED. (Received December 30. 11 a.m.) BRISBANE, December 30. The German Government yacht Delpbin brings the news that recently natives on the Rye Coast of New Guinea attacked a trading station and murdered some native boys. Native troops, with marine guns, destroyed the villages. The natives fled on the approach of the puntive expedition. Members of the German expedition exploring the island came across a dwarf tribe of natives, who fired arrows at the expedition, the members of which had to use their rifles in selfdefence. They also found anothed new tribe who go about quite nude. They are armed with bows and arrows and stone axes. They made friendly overtures and peace Offerings. Their huts are raised ten feet from the ground.
