DECLINE IN PRODUCTION,

LONDON, December 29
The production of Scotch whiskey for the year 1910 has declined by 2,100,000 gallons. The total production is '22,000,000 gallons—the lowest for sixteen years. The stock has increased by 16,000,000 gallons, and is now 115,000,000 gallons, which, is equal to a six years' consumption.
