TO VISIT NEW ZEALAND. AN .INTERESTING MISSION. (Received This Morning, 1.3 o'clock.) MELHOUKN'K. December 29. The Hons. W. A. Hughes and Batehelor sail on Wednesday for a month's holiday in New Zealand. Matters affecting the Commonwealth and the Dominion will be discussed with Sir Joseph Ward. The Hon. Mr Bachelor will take advantage of f lie opportunity to discuss combined action with New Zealand in relation to the New Hebrides, and other Pacific problems.
