The students of Russia are in a state of effervescence over the treatment of political prisoners. Arrests and imprisonments are frequent. The police at Odessa were dispersing a demonstration, when the students fired upon them. The police replied. One student was mortally, and several slightly wounded. Two hundred and thirty-five were arrested. Seven of the police were wounded. ,
