A UNIONIST MANIFESTO.
ULSTER WILL NOT BE BETRAYED. (Received Last iMglit, 10 o'clock.) LONDON, December 22. The Unionist Party, in a reveille manifesto, declares that Ulster will never be betrayed or the Constitution surrendered. The veto of ITuT House of Lords will be fought for, without quarter, all along the line. No threats will prevent the House of Lords from doing its duty to the nation. ■ •-
