ANOTHER PAMPHLET.

The New Zealand Times is circulating a pamphlet headed "Dastardly Attack on Sir Joseph Ward." It is a reprint of the gush, and nonsense, and twaddle spoken in the House of Representatives over what is known as the "Black Pamphlet. If this is the Liberal Party's idea a "compliment," their appreciation of the meaning of term's is peculiar, to say. the least. The best compliment that could be paid Sir Joseph Ward over the wretched incident would be to allow the matter to sink into oblivion.
