Messrs Abraham and Williams; Ltd., report:->-At our Palmerst'on North sale on Thursday, the 15th inst., all descriptions of stock were keenly competed for. Cattle of all classes, particularly grown bullocks, of which we had several lines, were eagerly sought after. Quotations: — Forward bullocks, £6 lis to £6 17s 6d; 3-year bullocks, £5 16a to £6 2 and 3-year steers, £5 8s 6d; steerß, £4 8s to £4' lis; fat cows, £4 17s to £5 16s; forward cows, £4 to £4 lUp; store cows, £2 17s to £3 10s; yearling dairy heifers, £3 9s; weaners, 21s 6a; bulls, £3 15a to £4 10s; shorn ewes with lambs, all counted, lis;'small 2-too«;h wethers, 10s; 2tooth ewes, 12s 6d; small mixed 2tooth, 10s.
