Ernest Osman, £2 Is Bd, costs J7s; Stuart Allan Noble-Camp-bell v. A. Jane Nicholls, £4 12s 6d, costs 10s; Charles McCullough v. S. W. Tatham, £l2 12s, costs £1 10s 6d; Edward Groonfbridge v. Kahu Marere, £1 0s 6d, costs 7s 6d; C. A. Pownall v. W. J. Reed, £5, costs ss.
Orders on judgment summonses were made as follows:—Mutual Trading Co. v. W. P. Simpson, £ls 14s; order made for payment forthwith; warrant to be suspended if debtor pays £1 per month, first payment to be made before January 15th, 1911; in default seven days imprisonment. David Brown v. John Bookman, £2 7s; order made for payment forthwith; warrant to be suspended if debtor pays £1 per month; first payment to be made before January 15th 1911; in default three days imprisonment. William Pauling v. Harry Gray, £3 18s; order made for payment forthwith; warrant to be suspended if debtor pays 10s forthwith, and 10s per month thereafter; in default three days imprisonment. Patrick Carr v. Karmai Peneamene, £37 Is lOd; order made for payment forthwith; warrant to be suspended if debtor pays £2 per month; first payment to be made before January 15th, 1911; in default seven days imprisonment. Patrick Carr v. Thomas Miller, £7 16s; order made for payment forthwith; warrant to be suspended if debtor pays 10s per month; first payment to be made before January 15th; in default three days imprisonment.
