CLEARING SALE. Messrs Dalgety and Co., Ltd., report having held a blearing sale of dairy stock, etc., on Wednesday, 14th inst., on account of Mr Geo. Lord, of Eketahuna. The cows offered) were a fair average lot, and ranged in prices from £3 10s to £9 15s,- making the satisfactory average price of £6 12s 6d. - Sundries sold at good values. PAHIATUA STOCK SALE, Messrs Ahraham and Williams, Ltd., report as follows: — We submitted a heavy yarding of both sheep and cattle to a large attendance. With the exception of one or two pens, we made a total clearance. AH classes of sheep were in strong demand, realising extra good values. Cattle also met strong competition, young cattle being keenly sought after.
