SENTENCED FOR THEFT.
DUNEDIN, Last Night. Charles Henry Bannister, who pleaded guilty in tho lower court to three charges of theft from a dwelling, was sentenced in the Supreme Court to six months' imprisonment. It is stated that Bannister was a deserter from the warship Pegasus in 1908.
