LAWN TENNIS.
AUSTRALIAN TEAM FOR NEW ZEALAND. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, Last Night. Private advices received in Wellington slate that Stan Poust, the well-known tennis player of New South Wales, is anxious to bring a team to New Zealand, composed of the following:—Missea Addisori, Stewart, Gyton and another lady, Messrs S. Douat, H. A. Parker, Taylor and another,. The idea is that players should- compete in. the New Zealand championships at Blenheim, and that a match Australia v. New Zealand should fce played either ;at Wellington or some other centre, but not where the championship is being played. The scheme has been placed before the New Zealand Lawn Tennis Association.
