ELECTION CABLES.
The system under which the English elections are being cabled is that details are given of polling for the individual seats only in the case of "front bench" members and about twenty other leading mcii," also where there is a change of members. For the rest, the totals are only discriminating between the English, Scotch, Welsh, Irish, and North Ireland seats.
