THE SUPERANNUATION FUND.

CHRISTCHURCH, Last Night, la the Supreme Court to-day, Mr Justice Sim delivered judgment in the ease of Joseph Libert McGrath, Sub-inspector of Police, v. the Minister of Internal Affairs, the chairman of the Public Service Superannuation Board. The action was a test case to determine the position of a large numbci of contributors to the Public Service 'Superannuation Fund who have Imd periods of broken service. The effect of the judgment was that such members of the fund, provided that their contributions had been made in full are entitled to the full benefits of the Act.
