ANOTHER LETTER-CARRIER IN TROUBLE.
WELLINGTON, Last Night,
A young man named Cecil Stanley Chaplin,, who said ho had been employed as a letter-carrier, pleaded guilty at the Magistrate's Court today to a charge of unlawfully detaining various postal packages, letters, postcards,, and newspapers. Chaplin was committed to the Supreme Court for sentence.
