A Brazilian warship, which is in the harbour, is showing sympathy with the rebels. MUTINY ON WARSHIPS. A CRITICAL SITUATION. Received Tbis Morning, 12.10 o'clock LONDON, November 24. Advices received here state that the crews of the majority of the warships at Rio Janeiro have mutinied. The mutiny is not a political one. The men are negotiating towards a settlement with the officers, who are ashore. A message received to-day declares that all business lias been suspended, and that the situation is critical.
