A PAINFUL PARTING.
CIUPFEN LOSES HIS FORTITUDE. Received November 24, 10 a.m. LONDON, November 23. Crippen had a painful parting from Lerieve, and became despondent afterwards. He lost his fortitude, and suffered from agonised mental prostration. He was on the point of collapse when the bolt was drawn.
