Received Last Night, 10.55 o'clock DOUAI, November 8.
The Customs officers have seized the airship in which Mr Willows flew the Channel, as a declaration has not been signed that Willows does not intend selling the dirigible In the event of Willows paying the Customs dues and returning home with the dirigible, the money paid will be refunded.
