Those engaged in the frozen "meat trade in New Zealand will be interested to learn that a new country has just entered into the ■ meat-export trade, a consignment of frozen beef having recently been shipped from Venezuela to Liverpool. This shipment, which, it is stated, consists of 2000 carcases of cattle, was due to arrive about the end of August.
