VACANCY
RETURN OF MR OSBORNE-LILY,
(By Telegraph—Press Association.) FA HIATUS, Last Night.
The election to fill the vacancy on the Borough Council, caused by the resignation of Councillor J. B. Westlake, who resigned [as a protest against the Council adjourning, a few weeks ago, to attend the final service in connection with the Anglican Mission, was held'- v to-day.
