THE BULLFINCH RUSH.

PROFESSOR DAVID'S OPINIO*

THE RUSH CONTINUIN3

Received November 2,. 11 a.m. SYDNEY, November 2,

Professor David, of Sydney University, expresses the opinion that the Bullfinch find is similar to those at Coolgardie and the Boulder, he thinks there is every probability of many valuable deposits being yet found within the area, PERIH, November 2. The Bullfinch mine has floated a company in London, with a capital of £50,000. The rush to secure mining properties throughout the length and breadth of the field ia increasing rather than abating. During fifteen days 300 applications were received at the Registry Office for many long abandoned mines which are now considered worth a thorough testing. Rullfmch has grown into a typical mining township, within a few weeks. Large stores, dining rooms, and other conveniences have been erected or are in course of erection. A progress committee has been formed. It is taking steps to put life on a civilised basis.

The Government is being pressed to extend the railway and water supply to the field.
