ARMED POLICE PATROLS.
WARNING TO RIOTERS
Received Last N'ght, 9.10 o'clock BERLIN, November i.
Patrols, each thirty strong, arnled with carbine?, are stationed in the disturbed districts.
'lhe police have announced that, if rioting is renewed, and the sabres prove unavailing, the patrol will lie down, and every third man will tire at the legs of the mob. If the rioters etill fail to disperse, the remainder of the patrol will fire. A special edition of the newspaper "Voerwarts," which has been distributed in the disturbed district?, urges the worKmeii and their wives not to partake in rioting or to go into the streets out of curiosity.
