Messrs Dalgety and Co., Ltd., report having held their usual weekly sale in the P.F.A. yards, when they offered a fair entry of cattle, but no sheep came forward. We quote:— Springing, heifers, £4 12s, £5 to £0 13s; yearling heifers, 36s to 40s ; yearling steers, £1 15s to £1 17s 6d, store cows, £2 15s to. £3 ss; cows and calves to £4. Our next sale will be in the Mangahao Road yards next Tuesday, November Bth.
