Mr Massey stated in the House of Representatives on Friday night that there seemed to be a tendency on the part of Judges to mix up with politics. This is rather a serious assertion to make, and one which will create uneasiness in the minds of the public. Few people troubled to think that the Judge might have been exceeding his functions by traversing the legislation of the country. And yet this is what he was doing in reality.
