SUFFERS FROM LOSS OF MEMORY.

Received Last Night, 5.5 o'clock, BRUSSELS, October 22.

Mr Venning, the Canadian fishery Expert, who was reported missing from The Hague, has been discovered in a Brussels hotel, suffering from amnesia, loss ot memory caused by cerebreal disease. He intends returning to Ottawa shortly.
