Messrs Abraham and Williams, Ltd.. report:—At our Palmeraton North sale on Thursday, the 20th iriat., there was a . good enquiry for all classes of stock, and every line was cleared at the following quotations :-,~Good ewe hoggets, 17s 6d; good wether hoggets, 15s lOd; medium hoggets, mixed sexes, 13s 7d; f.m. ewes, with 100 per cent, lambs, 19s; fat cows, £5 to £7 15s; forward cows, £4 to'£4 15s; springing cows, £4 12a 6d to £6 ss; cows in milk, £.5 2,s Gd to £7 ss; springing heifers. £5 l()s to £6 16s; yearling heifers, £3 to £3 14s; weaner steers, £2 19s to £3 4s; heifers in calf, £4 Is; store cows, £2 17s to £3 12s 6d; Jersey bulls, £6 2s 6d to £7.
