N.S.W. ELECTIONS.
MR, WADE RESIGNS, MR, M'GOWEN WILL FORM A MINISTRY. (Itec. Last Night, 8.5 o'clock.) SYDNEY, October 19. The Hon. G. C. Wade's Liberal Ministry has resigned, and Mr. M'Gowen, Leader of the Labour Party, lias undertaken to form a Cabinet. He has been granted till the end of the week to do so. A PECULIAR POSITION. STATE OF PARTIES »„QUAL. (Ree. This Morning, 1.10 o'clock.) SYDNEY, October 19. A peculiar development of the political situation is reported to-night on good authority, though the official confirmation is wanting. The recount of the Bingera vote gives Hon. Moore (Liberal) a small majority. This would mean a tie in the state of parties. The news came to hand after Mr. Wade liad handed in his resignation to the Governor. Mr. Wade stated that if it proves correct it will not alter the general situation even if tlio tie is established. His party could not have commanded a majority in the House, and the proper course to adopt was to resign and give Mr. M'Gowen a chance to form a Ministry without any further loss of time.
