LAND SALES AT LEVIN.

LEVIN, Last Night. Borough leases aggregating a frontage of 425 feet, situated in Main Street, and two adjoining thoroughfares, wore offered at public auction this afternoon. The conditions were twenty-one years' lease, with option of renewal. Competition was very keen, and the upset prices were exceeded in almost every instance. As a result the borough has benefited by the stun of £656 per annum, plus rates.
